Returns

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Process: To begin a return, please email us at support@coreandcurves.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item. We will provide instructions for the return process.

Returns & Delivery
If you have received the wrong items or your items are defective, please contact support@coreandcurves.com right away to discuss the issue.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 30 days, provided they are in their original and good condition. Once the returned items are received, we will process a refund, excluding return shipping costs. Please note that used or opened items, or items that are not in their original condition, will not be accepted for return.

Important Information: We do not offer free return shipping, and our warehouse is located in China. We chose a centralized warehouse near our factory to keep our operations sustainable. We appreciate your understanding.

Return Request: If you wish to return an item, please request the return form by emailing support@coreandcurves.com, print and complete the form, and send it with a photo of the products you're returning. Once your return is approved, follow the packaging instructions and ensure the return is clearly labeled with "Return" on the outside. Use a tracked and insured shipping service to guarantee safe delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account. If it’s not there, contact your credit card company as it may take some time to process the refund. You can also reach out to your bank. If the refund is still missing after these steps, please contact us at support@coreandcurves.com.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at support@coreandcurves.com, and we’ll assist you with the process.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, we will send you a gift card.
